Preliminary Information Form

This form is presented to the consumer before the order is completed in accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts. By confirming the order, you acknowledge that you have read and been informed about this form.

2. Basic Qualities of the Contract Subject Goods

The products for sale are single-use hydrogel face masks and hydrogel eye patches. The products are cosmetic products and are not used for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of diseases.

The name, quantity, content, and other basic qualities of the ordered product are available on the relevant product page and in the order summary. Up-to-date information about the products is published at dimuem.com.

3. Sale Price and Payment Information

The sale prices of the products are in Turkish Lira and include all taxes. In the order summary, the product price, discount amount if any, shipping fee, and total amount to be paid are shown separately.

Shipping fee: 65 TL for shipments within Turkey, and the equivalent of 3 USD for shipments to the United States and the United Arab Emirates. The shipping fee is also shown separately in the order summary. No other additional charges are requested from the consumer.

For international shipments, customs duties, fees, and similar public liabilities that may arise in the destination country belong to the buyer and are not included in the order total.

Payment method: Online payment by credit card or debit card. Payment transactions are carried out via the PCI DSS compliant iyzico infrastructure; card information is not stored by the Company. All collections are made in Turkish Lira.

Prices are valid until the date they are updated. Price changes do not affect orders placed before the change.

4. Delivery Information

  • Delivery method: Delivery to address with contracted cargo company (Yurtiçi Kargo)
  • Delivery address: The address reported by the consumer during the order
  • Countries where delivery is made: Turkey, United States, and United Arab Emirates
  • Order preparation time: 1–3 business days
  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after being given to cargo (may be longer for international shipments)
  • Legal maximum delivery time: 30 days
  • Shipping fee: Belongs to the consumer (65 TL for within Turkey; equivalent of 3 USD for USA and UAE)

If the product is to be delivered to a person other than the consumer, the Company cannot be held responsible if the person to be delivered does not accept the delivery. Periods may be extended during official holidays and intense campaign periods.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

  • Start of period: The day the goods are delivered to the consumer or the person indicated by them. In case of delivery in multiple parts, the day the last part is received is taken as basis.
  • Notification method: Written notification to info@dimuem.com before the period expires.
  • Return cost: In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the return shipping fee belongs to the Seller. Returns must be made with the contracted cargo company and using the return code provided. For returns from abroad, shipping and customs costs belong to the consumer.
  • Refund: The refund will be made to the method used during payment within 14 days at the latest from the date the withdrawal notification is received.

6. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used

In accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.

Hydrogel masks and eye patches offered for sale are single-use, hygienic products that come into direct contact with the skin. Accordingly:

  • Products whose outer box has been opened but whose individual sachets have not been opened are accepted for return.
  • Products whose individual sachet has been opened, torn, or whose seal has been broken are not accepted for return.
  • In 5-pack sets, unopened sachets are accepted for return; the value of opened ones will be deducted from the refund amount.

This limitation does not apply if the product is defective.

7. Complaint and Objection Applications

In disputes arising from the contract, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502.

The application can be made to the arbitration committee or court in the consumer's place of residence or where the transaction took place. The monetary limits for which the arbitration committees are authorized are redetermined annually by the Ministry of Trade and announced in the Official Gazette.

8. Confirmation

The consumer acknowledges and declares that before confirming the order, they have been informed about the seller's information, the basic qualities of the product, the total price including all taxes, the shipping fee, payment and delivery conditions, the terms of exercising the right of withdrawal, and the cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be used, and that they have read and confirmed this Preliminary Information Form.
